Oh my... If you love avocadoes, you are gonna love this hummus! It's so creamy, so smooth, so delicious!š

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas
2 avocadoes
3 Tbsp tahini paste
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar @ceresorganics
Bunch of fresh coriander
Big pinch of salt
Pico de gallo fresh salsa:
1 red capsicum (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
Ā½ red onion (finely chopped)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili flakes
2 Tbsp coriander (diced)
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients.
Place all the ingredients for hummus in a food processor and blend until smooth.
In a small bowl, combine all the salsa ingredients.
Assemble in a bowl: avo hummus, salsa, extra virgin olive oil, chili flakes
Enjoy with nachos, chips or fresh vegetables like cucumber, capsicum, carrots.
