BBQ Cauliflower Wings


These vegan crispy cauliflower wings are insanely delicious. They are so satisfying and make a perfect plant-based appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients 1 medium cauliflower Ā¼ cup of corn flour Ā¾ cup of plain flour 1 Ā½ cups of soy milk Ā¼ cup of smooth peanut butter 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs 1 cup of BBQ sauce (I used my homemade BBQ sauce) Small bunch of spring onion to garnish Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 210ā€™C. Prepare the ingredients: chop the cauliflower into florets. 2. To make the batter: In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, plain flour, soy milk, peanut butter, garlic powder, and salt. 3. Place the cauliflower florets in the batter and mix to coat evenly. 4. Cover the cauliflower florets with panko breadcrumbs and place them on the baking tray. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip halfway through. 6. Place the cauliflower wings in a bowl and pour the BBQ sauce in. Mix well until evenly coated. Transfer back onto the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. 7. Coat with more BBQ sauce if you like, garnish with spring onion and serve with vegan aioli or ranch sauce. 8. Enjoy! šŸ’š
