Smoothie season is officially on! My favorite smoothies always tend to have some kind of berries 🫐🍓🍒 How about you? Make sure you try this Berry Goodness Smoothie!


 

🍽 Serves 2 🕘 5 minutes Difficulty: Beginner

 

Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries

  • 1 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple

  • 2 servings of @smootheryclub Berry me blend - gifted

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded

  • 2 'balls' of frozen spinach, approx 1/2 cup

  • 3 cups of plant milk, I used coconut milk


 

Instructions:


  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add more water/milk if needed.

  4. Enjoy your delicious smoothie. It tastes even better if you have it outside in the sunshine
