Just an easy, delicious, full antioxidants and omegas smoothie. I love simple smoothies. So refreshing and easy to make.

Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries and blackberries
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 Tbsp hemp hearts @hemp.nz
1 cup coconut milk @vitasoy_aus_nz
1 cup soy milk
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve topped with chopped strawberries and hemp hearts.
Notes: Feel free to add a few dates for sweetness.
