Very Berry Smoothie


Just an easy, delicious, full antioxidants and omegas smoothie. I love simple smoothies. So refreshing and easy to make.


šŸ½ Serves 2

šŸ•˜ 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries and blackberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts @hemp.nz

  • 1 cup coconut milk @vitasoy_aus_nz

  • 1 cup soy milk


Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve topped with chopped strawberries and hemp hearts.

Notes: Feel free to add a few dates for sweetness.
