Breakfast smoothie - This recipe is perfect for those that never find enough time in the morning to sit down & have breakfast.

Ingredients
1 1/2 Bananas - fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup hemp hearts
4-5 brazil nut
2 servings of your favourite protein powder (optional)
2 1/2 cups of plant milk
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients. Peel the bananas
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
Serve chilled in a tumbler & enjoy!
