Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup pineapple (you can use frozen)
1 1/2 cups frozen banana
1 cup cucumber
1 lemon (optional)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp hemp hearts @hemp.nz
1 1/2 cups cold water
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
