Delicious Kale Smoothie


Turn eating raw greens into pleasure with this delicious smoothie. Super easy to make and so nutritious, perfect for breakfast when you are on the go.

🕘 5 minutes


Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of fresh destemmed kale (I used Tuscan Kale)

  • ½ avocado

  • ½ banana

  • 1 cup of pineapple

  • ½ peeled lemon

  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts @hemp.nz

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • + dates for sweetness (optional)

  • 2 cups of water


Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve topped with more hemp hearts.

  3. Enjoy! 💚
