Ingredients
2 handfuls of fresh destemmed kale (I used Tuscan Kale)
Ā½ avocado
Ā½ banana
1 cup of pineapple
Ā½ peeled lemon
1 Tbsp hemp hearts @hemp.nz
1 Tbsp chia seeds
+ dates for sweetness (optional)
2 cups of water
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve topped with more hemp hearts.
