Ingredients
4 plums
Ā½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp raw sugar
120g cream cheese (I used 1/2 pack of Dairy-free cream cheese @angelfood)
Ā¼ cup plant-based milk (I used Soy milk)
Ā½ tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp raw sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
125g biscuits (1/2 pack Lotus Biscoff) chopped
Instructions
Chop the biscuits. Chop plums into 1-2 cm pieces.
Place the plums in a medium-size saucepan. Add sugar and cinnamon. Cook on medium-low heat for approx. 5 min.
In a food processor, place cream cheese, vanilla essence, sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Assemble in a bowl/jar/glass: spread crushed biscuits on the bottom, pour the cream cheese and spread evenly, pour plum sauce on top. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Refrigerate for 1h.
