Green Smoothie


It's nutrient-rich, smooth and a wonderful boost of energy in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • 1/2 frozen kale

  • 1 apple

  • 1 banana

  • 5 dates

  • 1 1/2 cups cold water

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds


Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!
