Have you ever tried making your own mayonnaise?
It's easier than you might think! Here is how I make my thick, creamy and flavorful plant-based mayo
🕘 10 minutes
Ingredients
1/2 cup room temperature plant-based milk
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of oil (I use a mix of rice bran, hemp @hemp.nz and olive oil)
Instructions
Pour plant-based milk, apple cider vinegar, mustard and salt into a tall glass/container
Mix well
Add oil of your choice and let it set for a few minutes
Using a stick blender, blend all the ingredients together starting at the bottom and making your way to the top. This should take about 3-4 minutes
Your mayo is ready, move it to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
