Kale Spirulina Smoothie


One of my favorite green smoothies and absolutely the best way to get those healthy greens into your belly!


🍽 Serves 2

🕘 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls of fresh kale

  • 1 orange

  • 1 apple

  • 5 dates

  • 1 1/2 cups of water

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds @hemp.nz

  • 1 Tbsp spirulina

  • Ice cubes (optional - if you want it even more refreshing)

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender

  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy! 💚
