One of my favorite green smoothies and absolutely the best way to get those healthy greens into your belly!

đ 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 handfuls of fresh kale
1 orange
1 apple
5 dates
1 1/2 cups of water
1 Tbsp hemp seeds @hemp.nz
1 Tbsp spirulina
Ice cubes (optional - if you want it even more refreshing)
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender
Blend until smooth and enjoy! đ
