Not a boring hummus! Trust me! This Moroccan spiced hummus is super creamy and has so much flavor. Just dip and enjoy! š

Ingredients
1 sweet potato roasted with a dash of olive oil and a pinch of salt
1-2 Tbsp olive oil (for roasting)
Pinch of salt (for roasting)
1 can chickpeas (drained)
1 garlic clove
2-3 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp Moroccan seasoning
Ā½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt (plus more to taste)
Pinch of black pepper
3 ice cubes
4 tbsp cold water
Add more cold water if too thick.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200āC.
Peel and chop sweet potato into 2 cm cubes.
Put on a tray and add a dash of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Roast for approx. 20 min until soft.
Place sweet potato and all the ingredients in a blender/ food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add salt or lemon juice to taste.
Garnish with olive oil, coriander, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, etc.
Serve with breadsticks, crackers, fresh veggies e.g., cucumber, carrots, celery.
