If you like olives, you are gonna love this hummus. It’s such an amazing combination of flavors
🍽 Serves 3-4
🕘 10-15 minutes
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas
½ cup pitted kalamata olives
2 Tbsp capers
1 Tbsp hemp oil @hemp.nz
Juice from 1 lemon (approx. 2-3 Tbsp)
1 heaped Tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin powder
1 cup ice cubes for extra creaminess
Toppings: I used fresh basil, pomegranate, and chopped olives.
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor/ blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with toasted baguette, pita bread, breadsticks, or anything else you desire.
