If you love PB&J sandwiches, you are gonna love this smoothie. I'm obsessed with it. So yum and yet, so easy.

Ingredients
1 cup frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
3 dates
2 Tbsp hemp hearts @hemp.nz
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups cold plant-based milk (I use unsweetened almond coconut milk in this recipe)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Spread some peanut butter on the glass and pour the smoothie.
Enjoy!
