I love making homemade granola, there is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked granola. This pumpkin spice granola is insanely aromatic, delicious, crunchy and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
3 cups of rolled oats
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup coconut flakes
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180’C.
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Move the oat mix onto a baking tray and press with a spatula or your hand.
Bake for 12 minutes. Stir well and press again and bake for another 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
Store in a jar or an airtight container.
