Pumpkin Spice Granola


I love making homemade granola, there is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked granola. This pumpkin spice granola is insanely aromatic, delicious, crunchy and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of rolled oats

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ½ cup coconut flakes

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180’C.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  3. Move the oat mix onto a baking tray and press with a spatula or your hand.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes. Stir well and press again and bake for another 12 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool down.

  6. Store in a jar or an airtight container.

  7. Enjoy! 😊
