If I had to choose one thing that I miss from my pre-vegan lifestyle, it would be Bounty chocolate bar. Though, I think it would be way too sweet now that I don’t eat much sugar at all. Here is my favorite Bounty replacement, a healthy, nutritious and so delicious chia pudding!

Ingredients
3 Tbsp chia seeds
3 Tbsp organic shredded coconut
¾ cup coconut milk
20g dark chocolate for the topping (I used @whittakersnz )
½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional) @ceresorganics
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a jar, mix all the ingredients except the chocolate and set aside.
Melt the chocolate.
Pour the chocolate on the top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
