These burgers are delicious, packed with veggies and the sauce is absolutely, mind-blowing. You must try them.

Ingredients
Plant-based burger patties (I used kumara patties @beansupremefood)
Tomato (sliced)
Red onion (sliced)
Lettuce
1 Tbsp vegan butter (I used Olivani)
Homemade chunky pickle sauce:
Ā½ cup mayonnaise (I used organic mayo @ceresorganics)
1 Tbsp mustard
Ā½ cup diced pickles/cornichons
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili sauce
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients.
In a bowl, combine: mayo, mustard, pickles, onion powder and chili powder. Set aside.
Grill burger patties
Melt vegan butter and fry burger buns until golden. You can skip this part, but we love them warm and crunchy.
Assemble the burgers: burger bun, pickle sauce, lettuce, patty, tomato, red onion, more sauce, bread bun.
