Pancakes are the best breakfast ever, aren't they? š
š½ Serves 3-4
š 15-20 minutes
Ingredients
3 bananas
2 Ā½ cups rolled oats
2 cups plant-based milk
2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
Ā¼ cup hemp hearts @hemp.nz
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped dark chocolate @whittakersnz
Big pinch of salt
Ā½ tsp of oil to fry
Maple syrup to serve @ceresorganics
Instructions
In a food processor, place rolled oats, ripe bananas, ground flax seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, plant-based milk, and salt. Blend all until smooth.
Add chopped dark chocolate/ chocolate chips and stir until combined. Let it set for at least 5 min.
Heat a medium frying pan and spread some oil (optional).
Pour one ladle of the pancake mix onto the center and fry for 2-3 min. Flip and fry for another 2-3 min.
Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit or jam
