French toast speaks happiness to me. I couldn't imagine my life without it, so I veganized it.
It's just perfect - soft and juicy on the inside and crispy and so flavorful on the outside. Yum! I'm sure you will love it too.

Ingredients
4 slices of sourdough bread
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1/4 cup aquafaba
4 Tbsp corn flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp raw sugar
1 Tbsp vegan butter to fry
Instructions
In a bowl, combine with a fork or a whisk all the ingredients: milk, aquafaba, corn flour, sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Slice the bread and dip one slice in the mix. Flip and repeat.
Heat a large frying pan to medium heat. Melt the butter. Place the first slice. Fry until golden, approx. 3-4min. Flip and fry for another few minutes. Repeat with all the slices.
Serve with maple syrup and blueberries or other fruit of your choice.
