Ingredients
1 cup blanched hazelnuts
100g dark chocolate @trade_aid
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 Tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp salt
½ cup plant-based milk (I used soy milk @vitasoy_aus_nz )
Bananas or other fruit of your choice
Icing sugar to serve
Instructions
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil and let it cool.
Place in the food processor or blender: hazelnuts, melted chocolate and oil, maple syrup, vanilla essence, salt, plant-based milk.
Blend all until smooth.
Serve with crepes, pancakes, or anything else you desire.
