Omg, It’s pizza night! 😍 Who doesn’t love pizza?🤤 I don’t think I know a single person.

Ingredients
Tomato sauce:
1 ½ cup passata
1 tsp raw sugar
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp oregano
1 tsp basil
Tofu feta:
½ block of tofu @beansupremefood
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast @realfooddirect
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Cracked pepper
2 sausages (sliced), I used chili garlic vegan sausages @tonzu.nz
1 Tbsp vegan butter, I used Olivani
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
Garlic salt
1 cup vegan cheese (grated), I used @zenzoitsallgood
½ cup yellow capsicum (sliced)
½ cup black olives (sliced)
½ cup red onion (sliced)
1 handful of fresh basil
Instructions
To make tofu feta: cut tofu in half and slice finely. In a bowl mix olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Add tofu and stir carefully. Let it set to absorb the flavors, at least 30 min.
To make tomato sauce: In a bowl mix passata, sugar, salt, oregano, basil.
Slice 2 sausages. In a frying pan, heat up vegan butter, place the sausages, add paprika and garlic salt. Fry on both sides until golden.
Place all the ingredients on the pizza base: tomato sauce, cheese, sausages, tofu feta, red onion, capsicum, black olives, and basil.
Bake for 15 min and Enjoy!
