Who doesn't love it. This one is my easy vegan version of it. Even my fiancé can make it, so you won't mess it up.

Ingredients
300g vegan mince
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion (diced)
3 garlic cloves (diced)
1 cup passata
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp oregano
1 tsp raw sugar
1 cup veg stock
Salt, pepper.
Organic or wholemeal spaghetti pasta
Instructions
Cook pasta according to the instructions. Don't rinse your pasta.
In a frying pan heat olive oil at medium heat, add onion and garlic. Fry until golden.
Add vegan mince, mix all until combined and fry for approx. 5min.
Add oregano, raw sugar, passata and diced tomatoes. Mix well and simmer for 10-15 min. The longer the better.
Serve with vegan cheese and fresh basil.
