What scones do you like the most? Sweet or savory?
These vegan scones are full of Mediterranean flavors and have a gorgeous texture. You have to try them!

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 heaped tsp baking powder
½ cup cold vegan butter
½ cup plant-based milk
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
7 sundried tomatoes (chopped)
1/3 cup black olives (sliced) - optional
1/3 cup chopped vegan cheddar cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp bell pepper flakes/ dried capsicum
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200âC. Slice the olives and chop the sundried tomatoes, and vegan cheese.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add cold butter and combine the two with your fingers (see the video).
In a small bowl combine plant-based milk and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the milk into the large bowl and mix. Add bell pepper flakes, oregano, black olives, sundried tomatoes, vegan cheese. Combine.
Spread some flour on the surface. Place the dough and sprinkle with more flour. Gently knead to form a roll. Cut into 3-4 cm slices.
Place the scones on a baking tray and bake for 14 min.
Remove from the oven and let them cool down.
Serve with some plant-based butter.
